• Any digital file or document

By purchasing, you agree:

• not to request refunds,

• not to initiate chargebacks, and

• that delivery occurs once the product is downloaded or accessible.

Download logs, IP addresses, email receipts, and watermark verification constitute proof of delivery.

Coaching Sessions / Consulting Calls

All coaching and consulting sessions are final once booked.

• No refunds

• 24-hour rescheduling policy

• Missed sessions or no-shows are forfeited

• Coaching does not include legal advice

Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks for delivered digital goods or completed services.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• Permanent ban

• Revocation of access

• Collections action

• Submission of logs/watermarked files as evidence
