By purchasing any digital product, service, or coaching session from GFL Consulting LLC dba Performance HR Partners, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

Digital Product Delivery

All digital products are delivered automatically via secure download link or email.
Delivery is considered complete once:

• The product is downloaded,

• The email is delivered, or

• Access is granted through your account.

License

Purchases grant you a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for internal use only.
You may not:

• Share

• Resell

• Reproduce

• Upload

• Distribute

• Publish

• Or otherwise make available our materials

Digital fingerprints may be embedded in each file.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe or another authorized processor.

You authorize the processor to:

• Charge your payment method

• Securely verify your identity

• Reverse charges in the case of disputes, fraud, or errors

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to revoke access if a purchase is associated with:

• Unauthorized sharing

• Chargebacks

• Fraudulent activity

• Violation of license terms

Sales Are Final

All digital sales are nonrefundable.

Coaching Sessions

Sessions must be used as purchased.
